Hirer will be liable for the above liability for any loss and damage to the rented vehicle. However, accepting CDW may reduce the liability to Minimum shown in the Non-Waiveable Excess column. The hirer is obliged to promptly report any accident, theft or vandalism involving the vehicle to Leisure & Incentive Tours Sdn Bhd office and the nearest police station within 24 hours. A valid police report is required. Failure to comply with the above may void all liability protection. CDW does not cover the following:-

Damage to any parts of the vehicle including dents and scratches not caused as a result of accident but the negligence of the hirer / additional driver.
Loss or damage to accessories aside from normal wear and tear.

Delivery And Collection

Delivery and collection charges vary with distance. Free delivery and collection within Johor Bahru Town. Please check with our staff upon booking. Discounts for corporate booking is available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates
Daily rental rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage. Rates include maintenance and engine oil but petrol is excluded. Excess hours is calculated at 1/6 of the daily rental rates. Rental rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% Government tax.

Insurance
Rates include coverage of 3rd party property damage up to RM100,000.00 and 3rd party passenger liability. Cover for loss of the car byfire or theft are included with the cover for damage of the car in excess of, as indicated in the schedule below.

Excludes Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Payment
Charges through MasterCard and Visa Card are welcome.

Petrol & Traffic Related Offences
Petrol is not included in our rates. The hirer will also be responsible for any summons or fines issued bythe Malaysian Traffic Police. Road Transport Department or local municipal authorities.

Driver's Requirements
The driver must be between 23 and 65 years of age and in possession of a current local or valid overseas international license with qualified driving experience of at least two (2) years.

Extension of Rental
Should the renter wish to extend the rental, it is most important that the renting station be advised immediately and the required additional amount be paid so that the insurance coverage is extended. Failure to do so may mean the hirer is driving the vehicle without insurance.

Vehicle Entry Permit
For entering Singapore, you are required to purchase the Autopass Card to pay for the Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) and toll charges before entering the Causeway and the Tuas checkpoints, during weekdays, while entry is only free on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays in Singapore. The hirer will be responsible for any summons or fines issued bythe Singapore Traffic Police for failure to obtain this card.
