Introduction
The
immediate surroundings of Kuala Lumpur have many nice surprises
for the visitor. Waterfalls, primary forest, Orang Asli
settlements, all within easy reach in a beautiful landscape.
Janda Baik in Bukit Tinggi is located after Genting Tunnel at
the foot off Genting hIghlands, The trek is exciting and will
get more difficult if it is after a rainy spell.
Due to its close proximity to the highlands resorts, tours
can also originate from Genting or Berjaya Hills Resort
besides Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
Trip Itinerary
0900 hours Depart from Kuala Lumpur by4 wheel drive to Janda
Baik. Stop for a tea break and refreshment at Genting Sempah
Bukit Tinggi. Buy the pack lunch and refreshment and continue
journey to Kampong Chemperoh an Aborigine Settlement close bythe off road track. Distributes sweets and other gifts to the
Aborigines Children. Pick up our guides and proceed to the
edge of the jungle.
The
off road adventure begins here - Continue journey through some
very rough jungle trek, and undulating hills, wet muddy treks and an exciting river crossing.
The
route crosses 2 rivers and the ending point is the climb over
some rough rocky patches that leads to the top of
the hill.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided. After lunch, begin the
return journey to Kuala Lumpur. The guest will be able to
experience on hand driving of a four wheel drive on an off road track on
the easier section of the route.
